Refund policy

  • Returns are accepted for 30 days after the delivery date for any reason.
  • Customer provides return shipping (unless incorrect or damaged items delivered)
  • There is no restocking fee
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns must be initiated less than 30 days from the delivery date.
  • If returns are shipped, returned items must be returned with appropriate packaging for protection during shipping.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Items damaged during return shipping will not be accepted and we recommend shipping insurance for any return shipments.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Either ship items to Factory 13/5 Clerke place, Kurnell, 2231, NSW, Australia or phone ahead to arrange an appointment to return items in person. (Just to make sure someone is there to meet you.)

Additional Information:

  • Once we have received the returned items within the bound of the above policy, refund will commence within 2 business days and depending on your financial institution should arrive to you within approximately 7 days.
  • Timber Tough is not responsible for the cost of return shipping and or physical returns.

Refund Method:

Refunds will occur via the same payment method used to purchase your order.

Exchanges:

We do not allow exchanges per-say, if the incorrect product has been purchased, simply return the product in accordance with our returns policy and purchase the correct product for your vehicle.

Incorrect Items:

We will endeavour to ship the correct product to you, but if a mistake does occur, simply reply to your order confirmation email stating you have received the wrong product and attach photos of what you have received. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the incorrect items and we will ship you your correct order as soon as possible.
