Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping Australia wide for orders over $199.
For products that are in-stock, our standard dispatch time is 2-3 business days, if order is placed before 12pm, the day of the order is included as 1 day.
Products that are listed on backorder will be processed as soon as inventory is available.
We use Interparcel to book our shipments, this allows us to select the a range of couriers, including StarTrack Express, TNT, Couriers Please & Aramex.
You can contact us to arrange shipping with you preferred courier, however this may result in shipping charges depending on the costs.
Delivery times vary nationwide however we offer the following estimates:
Victoria – 4 Days
ACT – 3 Days
New South Wales – 3 Days
Queensland – 5 Days
Western Australia – 5-7 Days
South Australia – 5 Days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NEW ZEALAND)
We now ship directly to New Zealand on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all shipping costs, duties, taxes and import fees are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no additional charges payable to New Zealand Customs or the courier on delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Delivery time to New Zealand is typically 4-7 business days from dispatch, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on carrier performance and your location within New Zealand.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number

You can track your order by clicking the tracking number within your tracking email, this will take you to our shipping partners tracking page where you can see the latest shipping updates for your order.
STORE PICKUP
You can select Warehouse Pickup at checkout if you’d like to collect your order from our warehouse located at 13/5 Clerke Place, Kurnell, 2231.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a pickup notification email (sent separately from your order confirmation).
MISSING PARCELS
On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the relevant Investigation Team. Unfortunately these timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is damaged during the shipping process, please do not accept delivery. If possible, please take photos of the damaged parcels. Once rejected, please reply to your order confirmation email stating your parcel has been damaged during shipping and attach any photos. Once confirmed we will reship your order and we will deal with the compensation from the courier.
